Best Place to stay in the BVI.
When the winter season comes around here in the British Virgin Islands, nothing really ever changes other than a 15 point drop in the temperature (which should bring us down to 75 degrees Fahrenheit) and the trade winds strengthening. But we all know what happens to all the cold climate countries – snow storms on snow storms on snow storms. This is why you should head down to the BVI during the winter time to escape these treacherous storms! Now that you’ve chosen the BVI as your winter hide out destination, Its time to choose the best place to stay in the BVI. We will be focusing on a beautiful gem found on the island of Virgin Gorda, called Oil Nut Bay.

Where we stayed!
Oil Nut Bay is situated on a private peninsula on the eastern tip of Virgin Gorda. Due to only being accessible by boat or helicopter, Oil Nut Bay boasts its privacy as one of the most secluded destinations in the world. According to http://www.forbes.com “One of the most secluded, most comfortable and pristine natural settings with only 88 sites spread across 300 acres..” which in this case you have 7 beautiful villas to choose from for your say (https://www.oilnutbay.com/stay-with-us/at-a-glance/). After you have chosen the villa for your stay in the BVI, it is now time to book your flights and head on your way to some proper tropical winter relaxation.
Whether you choose a helicopter ride or a boat ride to your final destination (Oil Nut Bay) you will encounter some stellar views along the way. Our final leg of the journey starts at the ferry dock located at Gun Creek, North Sound, Virgin Gorda. Oil Nut Bay has a boat scheduled for guests arriving and departing from the resort. They will be more than happy to arrange/cater to your arrival/departure times.

After a quick 15 minute boat ride, we finally arrived to the dock of Oil Nut bay and we were greeted with refreshments and the most amazing staff that will be taking care of us during your entire stay!

Refreshments and cold towels for us.

Stunning place!! I love your blog, would you like to follow each other?:)
Thank you so much and sure!
I love your blog – very informative and entertaining. I love the jumpsuit! Did you get it recently and from where? I checked the MacBeth Collection website and they don’t have much in terms of clothing. Not a jumpsuit in sight. Thanks for sharing!
Hey, yes I did buy it recently but I got it from a local boutique so maybe thats why it’s so hard to find it now! Its probably from a old collection!
