New Villa on the Block.

The Location.
Located on a hidden bay on the Northside of Tortola known as Ballast Bay, lies Villa Almondeen. Surrounded by nature and a 300 year old sugar mill is this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa that boasts uninterrupted and breathtaking views of the north side. Five minutes away from this secret hideaway is the famous Cane Garden Bay Beach known for its many beach bars and restaurants.

The entrance to the villa winds through a beautiful, lush local neighborhood swarmed with banana trees, breadfruit trees and Almond Trees, hence the name Villa Almondeen.

Exterior
My favorite part about this villa is the impressive outdoor living space. As I walked on to the deck, the Caribbean sea breeze immediately caressed me. As said before, the villa is situated a couple feet away from the ocean. As I walked around the outdoor space, I realized the deck was perfect for entertaining yourself and your group during your stay. A pool, lounging area, dinning area, prep station and outdoor built in grill is the perfect combination.

Interior
The interior of this villa has a modern yet homey feel to it. Expect a full sized kitchen with all the knick knacks needed to create your home away from home breakfasts in the morning and lunches and dinners at whatever time you please. It also has a washer and dryer hidden away, perfect for getting a little laundry done albeit while you’re on vacation.

There are two bedrooms and bathrooms in this villa. One bedroom (the Pointe Suite) overlooks the pool and out to the ocean while the other (The Ole Wall Suite) overlooks the sugar mill ruin and the various trees located in the neighborhood.
